Software Engineer (Tagging, SEO) - location - Remote- Client - client - Transformco (Sears)
Contract - 12 months

the client is looking for Software Engineer who already has tagging and SEO experience
Job Title:
Sears Home Services is looking for a Software Engineer to support search engine optimization initiatives for websites across Transformco organization. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring web pages and website structures are in line with SEO best practices, solving for any SEO-related issues relating to coding and site performance, monitoring, and providing reporting.
Experience with tag management systems is a plus. You will also work with cross-functional teams to obtain KPIs and create web and app tagging requirements. Establish and maintain clear documentation for app and web tracking standards including variable and report suite settings, process documentation. Proactively create testing and tagging use cases to test against.
Required Skills
- Strong web development fundamentals is plus
- JavaScript, Typescript, HTML5, CSS5 is Plus
- Working knowledge of best practices on implementing web analytics and SEO-friendly sites
Adobe tools are preferable.
