Who is Lusha?

Lusha is a registered data broker in the State of California under the California Consumer Privacy Act of 2018 and the California Consumer Privacy Act Regulations and has ISO 27001 certification.

What is our lawful basis for processing information?

Lusha processes your information based on the legitimate interest of itself and its customers.

What categories of information do we process?

Lusha conducts business intelligence research on organizations and their employees and professionals to obtain Data. We collect any of the below categories of information. Please note that we might have any or all of the below categories of information, and you are entitled to enquire about this through the Privacy Center.

  • Name

  • Company

  • Telephone Number

  • Email Address

  • Job Title

  • Job Function

  • Social Media URL

What are the purposes of our processing?

  • Lusha may process the information and license it to its customers for their sales, marketing, fraud protection, or recruiting purposes, or to other organizations who may license it to their customers for the same purposes ("partners").

  • Our customers, or those of our partners, may use the information to market their services to your employer or to contact you about professional or business opportunities.

  • The information is provided to customers or partners subject to restrictive license agreements that limit the use to those specified purposes and prohibits the unauthorized use or transfer of the information.

  • Lusha's customers may obtain the information via password protected account-based access to our Database.

Lawful Basis

Your personal information is processed by Lusha based on the legitimate interest of itself and its customers to engage in direct marketing.

Who do we share information with?

This information may be provided, subject to restrictive license agreements, to Lusha's customers, it's partners, or the customers of its partners. These recipients are business organizations who are permitted to use the information only for lawful sales, marketing, and recruiting. How long do we hold your Information?

Lusha aspires to provide accuracy of information to the highest standard to its customers. We have magic algorithms in place to remove information that we learn to be inaccurate. Therefore, we intend to process the information we have about you for so long as it is accurate, pertaining to you, or until you instruct us to refrain from processing it.

What are your rights?

You have the right to request that Lusha:

(1) provide you with access to your information;

(2) rectify or correct your information

(3) erase your information,

(4) restrict processing of your information, including refraining from selling it or otherwise providing it to any third parties, or

(5) You also have the right to object to processing and to lodge a complaint with the appropriate supervisory authority in your country, if any.

The foregoing rights may be subject to certain limitations pursuant to applicable law.

What are our sources of Information?

Lusha gathers information from several sources, which include publicly available sources such as websites and government records, contributions from our customers, third-party data providers, and members of the Lusha Community Program. Our proprietary algorithm scans publicly available sources and retrieves public information with advanced tools. Because information from several sources may be combined into one record, it may be difficult or near impossible to identify the exact source of one particular piece of information.
